kepada 38 mg/l pada awal bulan ini. Ini membuktikan spray areator ini mampu berfungsi memberikan proses pemindahan oksigen daripada udara kedalam air melalui proses sentuhan diudara. lubang-lubang kecil yang padat yang membentuk semburan air di udara. Ini kerana nisbah &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;udara kepada bahan api dalam proses pembakaran mempunyai kesan langsung terhadap ke-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;efisyen-an( kecekapan)kepada pembakaran bahan api dan sebarang pelepasan terhadap alam &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;sekitar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Keperluan kepada pengimplementasian kawalan nisbah bagi kadar bahan api suapan dan udara &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;pembakaran adalah penting sebagai pembolehubah proses “proses variable”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Cuba lihat gambarajah diatas, kadar alir bahan api di ubahsuaikan bagi menetapkan suhu bagi &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;pemindahan bendalir haba yang keluar daripada relau ( furnaces). Didalam proses yang lain &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;kadar alir bahan api di ubahsuaikan bagi menetapkan tekanan pada Steam Header.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Sementara udara pembakaran diubahsuaikan oleh pengawal pemecah alir (flow fraction (ratio) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;controller) bagi menetapkan nisbah udara/bahan api. Seperti ditunjukan dalam gambarajah &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;diatas alat pengesan (sensor) dan injap (valve) adalah antara sistem yang terlibat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mengapa nisbah udara/ bahan api penting ( Why Air/Fuel Ratio is Important )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Dalam proses pembakaran nisbah udara/bahan api diperjelaskan dalam asas jisim. Dalam membincangkan proses pembakaran lengkap TIGA aspek utama harus diberi perhatian&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Stiokiometri Yang tepat ( Persamaan Tindak Balas pembakaran )&lt;br /&gt;2) Jumlah Nisbah Bahan Bakar dan Oksigen Yang dibekal adalah tepat&lt;br /&gt;3) Sistem Pembakaran dan kawalan draft didalam dandang bagi tujuan keselamatan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Proses Pembakaran Lengkap&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a) Kawalan Bekalan udara ( O2) : amaun udara yang dibekalkan bergantung kepada bahan api dan peralatan yang digunakan , kondisi operasi dan yang ditetapkan oleh pembuat dandang. Kelebihan udara akan menyebabkan pelepasan gas panas secara berlebihan dan kehilangan haba yang tinggi dan pengurangan kecekapan. Kekurangan udara menyebabkan peratus bahan api tak terbakar meningkat . Oleh itu nisbah yang sesuai mengikut stiokiometri adalah amat penting dalam memastikan kecekapan tinggi loji dandang stim. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b) Pencampuran udara (O2) dan bahan bakar. Udara dan bahn bakar mestilah dicampur sempurna oleh kerna setiap partikel bahan bkar mesti bersentughan dengan oksigen di udara sebelum pembakaran berlangsung. Sekiranya pencampuran udara dan agihan udara adalah tidak sempurna ini akan menyebabkan berlakunya udara belebihan dibeberapa bahagian , oleh itu sistem perlatan pembarakarn mesti direka bagi memastikan sistem pencampuran udara dan bahan bakar berlaku sempurna. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;c) Suhu Operasi Pembakaran : apabila bahan bakar mencapai suhu “iginition” (aku x reti nak transelate melayunya) barulah proses pembakaran berlaku dengan pantas. Proses tarnsformasi fizikal ini memerlukan tenaga haba yang dibekalkan melalui pemindahan haba daripada proses pemanasan. Pergerakan molekul-molekul air akan bertambah selari dengan peningkatan suhu dan kadar haba yang dipindahkan kepada molekul-molekul air sehingga satu takat kesemua molekul ini bebas bergerak dan melalui perubahan fasa fizikal kepada gas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dalam industry stim dihasilkan dengan menggunakan beberapa kaedah , kaedah yang utama ialah dengan mengunakan dandang stim. Dandang Stim terbahagi kepada dua yang pertama ialah danndang tiub air dan dandang tiub api. Perbezaan antara kedua-dua jenis dandang ini bergantung pada kedudukan air tersebut dimana dandang tiub air dimana air berada didalam tiub dan untuk tiub api  , air berada diluar tiub. Kebanyakan stim digunakan dalam proses industry untuk meningkatkan suhu sesuatu bahan yang diproses, tindak balas dalam reactor serta  untuk penjanaan tenaga elekterik bagi stim turbin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;Penjanaan Stim melalui Dandang Stim – Tiub Air&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebelum menghurai lebih lanjut mengenai dandang stim kita harus mengetahui beberapa elemen utama mengenai teori reka bentuk dandang stim yang penting dan juga pematuhan undang-undang yang wajar dipatuhi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. System cerobong (chimney) yang digunakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kaedah suapan bahan bakar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.    Automatic&lt;br /&gt;2.    Manual&lt;br /&gt;3.    System kawalan pembakaran suapaya kadar pemabakaran sepadan dengan kadar stim yang dijanakan&lt;br /&gt;4.    System keselamatan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kawalan proses pemabakaran&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.    Tujuanya untuk memastikan draft pada relau dan draft pada sedutan  dan draft penolakan berpadanan bagi mematikan kesimbangan draf dalam system.&lt;br /&gt;2.    Tujuan keselamatan termasuk proses soot blowing.&lt;br /&gt;3.    Operasi Kipas yang membekalkan angin yang membawa udara mengandungi Oksigen&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kawalan keselamatan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.    Kawasan kelselamatan bagi mengelakkan kejadian kekuarangan air&lt;br /&gt;2.    Kemalangan atau letupan disebabkan pemabakaran serta merta&lt;br /&gt;3.    Sistem Injap keselamatan tekanan yang ada&lt;br /&gt;4.
